PAPER ORDER FORM: You can download and print off this form, or pick up a copy from the Trading Hut, and either: Deliver the completed order form and payment to: Jonathan Richards, 24 Carlton Road, Sale, M33 5GB by Sunday 5th May, or: Take the completed form and payment to the Trading Hut between 10.30am and 12 noon on Saturday/Sunday opening days (see TradingHut page for full list of dates) up to Saturday 4th May (Trading Hut not open on Sunday 5th).
