Filming has already taken place on and around a plot at the Glebeland Road end of our site and transmission is scheduled for Monday 26th September, with two scenes in the first programme and one in the second. The theme for year’s scarecrow competition will be Royalty which is a very wide brief so let your imagination run wild from King Canute to Queen Nefertiti or maybe the King of the Jungle.
Be creative in any way you feel inspired to be, there are prizes to be won!

Further filming is planned during the second half of September. So as not to interrupt continuity of filming, access to the site through the Glebelands Road entrance will be restricted during filming sessions, but the two entrances on Grosvenor Road will be open as usual. Scarecrows are to be erected by '''Friday 30 June'''.
Judging will be carried out by the same independent judge as last year and will take place on Saturday 1 July.
